  • Spinning.  Our spinning classes are designed to increase power, strength and endurance to ride with efficiency and confidence. This is not aerobics on bikes! These are true conditioning classes for those who want to improve their cardiovascular fitness, as well as their cycling efficiency. Our spin instructors are experienced riders who can coach beginners to advanced level cyclists.

Yoga Instructors Spinning Instructors
Natasa Vukicevic, (Yoga)
Growing up between Zagreb, capitol of Croatia, and the beautiful Adriatic islands of Krk and Hvar, Natasa was involved in dance and many sports: gymnastics, competitive skiing, sailing and even gliding. Later, a course of study in Physics took her to Strasbourg, France, where Natasa lived for five years. Natasa earned her Masters degree in physics, taught skiing through the university, and met her husband, Allen. When Allen and Natasa moved to Denver, Allen's hometown, she continued to work in physics as a researcher at NIST in Boulder. Finding her work disconnected from who she was, Natasa made a very hard decision to leave physics behind. She was introduced to Bikram Yoga, and it felt like coming home. Natasa jumped at the opportunity to participate in Bikram's teacher training in LA in the autumn of 2001. Fresh from this challenging experience, Natasa began teaching in Denver's yoga studios. "Yoga brings everything together for me, as a student and as a teacher: movement and observation, strength and softness, sports and science, practical and spiritual, personal and shared. I'm constantly deepening my knowledge of different aspects of yoga through my own practice, observation and study, and by attending renowned teachers' workshops. It continues to be an eye-opening, wonderful journey and I wholeheartedly invite you in."
Marge Goodyear, (Spinning)
Marge has been teaching spinning for 5 years. An avid cyclist, and retired competitive triathlete, Marge uses an upbeat, encouraging and humorous approach to help beginners to advanced riders enjoy their cycling experiences. Certified through Keiser as a spin instructor, Marge's goals include participating in the Triple By-Pass ride in Evergreen, CO.
Karen Lerner, (Yoga)
Karen is a dancer and a jewelry designer. She has always been motivated by her physical and mental intuition. She began teaching all styles of aerobics in the early 80s and progressed to teaching a variety of athletic modalities and dance teaching in Denver, New York City and Los Angeles. In 1997, she ruptured a disk in her back leading to back surgery. Since, she has studied various yoga styles and methods. After undergoing back surgery and dealing with chronic back pain, Karen has learned to be more mindful in her practice both on and off the mat. In 2001, Karen attended an intensive ten month study with Hansa Knox, and acquired her certification in Hatha Yoga. Karen continuously studies with a variety of teachers however she is most drawn towards the Anusara tradition. "Yoga is my constant teacher, reminding me of my responsibility in the world, to be in the moment, and cultivate patience, compassion and love. I am grateful to my students who I learn so much from, and allow me the opportunity to teach. Namaste."
Kathy Zawadzki, (Spinning)
Kathy Zawadzki has more than two decades of experience in the health and fitness profession working as an exercise physiologist, sports nutritionist, certified personal trainer and cycling and multi-sport coach. A competitive athlete herself, Kathy knows the value of applying physiological data to optimizing training and conditioning. According to Zawadzki, "Physiological training is critically important to the efficiency and effectiveness of any training program. It can never be a One Size Fits All approach, which tends to lead to undertraining or overtraining."
Regina Zwilling, (Yoga)
Looking for a new way to physically challenge herself, Regina stumbled upon her first yoga class about 8 years ago. Thousands of Downward Dogs later, she still finds joy in the strong physical aspect that Yoga offers. The true work lies in living her Yoga off the mat as well. Finding compassion, love and gratitude in every moment has been the greatest gift Yoga has offered her. Sharing this gift with her students is her greatest joy. Regina has studied many different styles, including Ashtanga, Anusara, Power and Iyengar. She has been blessed with countless beautiful teachers--most notably the students in front of her in each and every class. Her primary teaching influence has been Ana Forrest. Also a massage therapist, Regina blends her anatomical knowledge of the Human body with her love of asana, her sense of humor and upbeat music into a challenging eclectic flow designed to support our physical, mental and, ultimately, spiritual growth. "Through this challenging vinyasa, we can learn grace and calmness, as well as the strength of our own Spirit. "
 
Blair Vaughn, (Yoga)
Blair's yoga practice began over five years ago. She is a certified Jivamukti teacher, studied with Seane Corn, and she completed Baptiste Power Yoga Teacher Training Boot camp with Baron Baptiste. Finding inspiration from all teachers and students, her classes flow with prana, music, love, and high energy. Her passion for yoga grows everyday. It is her mission to help people relax, quiet their mind, and open their heart, helping her students find inspiration to live authentically every day of their lives.
